Ingredients:
- Chicken heart - 1 kg.;
- Potatoes - 3 pcs.;
- Sausages - 2 pcs.;
- Smoked sausage - 300 gr.;
- Fried honeydew - 5 tbsp.l.;
- Milk sausages - 3 pcs.;
- Pickle from cucumbers - 125 ml.;
- Carrots - 2 pcs.;
- Tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
- Red pepper - 1 pc.;
- Onion - 2 pcs.;
- Pickled cucumbers - 5 pcs.;
- Ketchup or tomato paste - 100 gr.;
- Lemon - 1 pc.;
- Salt — to your taste;
- Pitted olives;
- Pepper in peas - 10 peas;
- Vegetable oil — a small amount;
- Greens;
- Sour cream.
Let's start cooking:
1. We start with cooking chicken hearts. We put the washed hearts in a saucepan and send them to the fire. After boiling, cook over medium heat for about 40 – 45 minutes.
2. While the hearts are cooking, we will not waste time in vain, but prepare other ingredients. Cut all the sausages into small pieces. We fall asleep in a frying pan heated with sunflower oil and fry until brown. About five minutes.
3. Fry the finely chopped onion and grated carrots.
4. Put the chopped pickled cucumbers in a frying pan with onions and carrots.
5. Prepare the tomatoes – scald them with boiling water and peel, then finely chop. Finely chop the sweet pepper immediately.
6. Put the tomato paste in the pan.
7. When the chicken hearts are fully cooked for about 10 minutes, add the chopped potatoes to them. Then pour all the remaining ingredients into the pan.
8. Add the peppercorns. Salt to taste.
9. Cook in low boiling mode for 10 minutes. Then we make a small fire and simmer the hodgepodge for another half hour.
10. While the hodgepodge is languishing, finely chop the greens.
And here it is an exciting moment. The hodgepodge is poured on plates and served to the table. Lemon and olives are added separately to each plate to taste. You can add a spoonful of sour cream.
